CUE is a collaborative effort among several organizations in Pittsburgh to help entrepreneurs take their online presence to the next level. The Carnegie Library, the City of Pittsburgh, Google, the Center for Women's Entrepreneurship, Urban Innovation21, Davis Consulting Solutions and many more have teamed up to offer the program.

We started with a "Digital Upgrade" program for local businesses who have not yet maximized the use of their technological resources such as websites, social media, and video to reach their potential customers. At the end of the program, participating business owners will have an online presence that shines and connects them with new customers.

Perhaps as importantly, the goal of CUE is to connect the city's entrepreneurs with one another and to the resources of Pittsburgh's growing entrepreneurial community, ensuring a more vibrant ecosystem for everyone.

I couldn’t have stumbled into CUE at a better time. I was helping some friends in their beginning stages of web presence and had been invited to the class as assistance. At the time, I had also been actively trying to figure out the direction of my own online store as well and had heard nothing but good things about Square Space. I was reluctant to dive in because I thought that It was going to be too difficult and time consuming to learn. While being a “visitor” and helping my friends I had learned so much in just one sitting that I then asked to join the group- CUE then welcomed me with open arms. The connections and mentors are so driven to help you succeed in any way possible. It felt so timely! Like everything I needed was in one place!! Ryan was an amazing teacher and the mentors were all super dedicated and helpful!! Even many my fellow entrepreneurs & classmates were gems!

Words cant express the level of gratitude I have- especially considering the fact that I joined three weeks into the program and was given so much help in being caught up to speed!!!

Thank you CUEPittsburgh!!! :)”

I really enjoyed this program not only did it help me create a website for my business and take it to the next level, it also gave me the confidence to work on the site at home even though I am not that computer savvy. I also met other entrepreneurs Who were in the same position as me. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Great program!!! Thank You.

The Cue provided a great opportunity for our business, In A Reel. We were able to create a professional website, network with other businesses and mentors and secure new clients. The mentors provided an excellent experience well worth our time. I was disappointed during the weeks I was unable to attend. I am confident the work and time over the past weeks will benefit our business and give us a more competitive edge.
